All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Event Cancellations or Postponements

If an event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders via the original ticketing platform (e.g., Hustlesasa).

If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund request can be made within 7 days of the announcement.
3. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for:

4. Third-Party Ticketing
All ticket transactions are processed through trusted third-party platforms (such as Hustlesasa). Refunds, where applicable, will be managed directly by the platform according to their terms.

We understand that life happens. For special refund requests due to medical emergencies or force majeure, please email us at komplexkenya@gmail.com with supporting documentation. Refunds in these cases are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
